Update on 19/06/2020:
As of Saturday 20/06/2020, Holme Lock will be open for passage and operated by a lock keeper between the hours of 09:00 and 13:00, 7 days a week.
Booking passage through the lock will no longer be required and the lock will be locked outside of these hours.
Update on 21/05/2020:
Due to ongoing restrictions during the coronavirus crisis this work has not yet been completed.
Passage through Holme Lock is possible during weekdays on a booked basis.

Please note that passage will only be possible on Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 11:00 and 13:00. You must book by 16:00 the day before you wish to travel through the locks.
This notice will be updated when we are able to provide a completion date for this work.

Unfortunately, due to the essential maintenance works currently taking place at Holme Lock, the lock will now be closed at weekends.
