We hereby give notice that the Burton Waters Boat Club AGM will be held on 11th November at David Lloyd Leisure, Burton Waters. (next to The Woodcocks pub)
The meeting room reserved for us will open at 19:30 and the meeting will start promptly at 20:00.
Part of the meeting will be the nomination and election of the Club Officers and Committee for 2023. Although we have already received some nominations (see agenda), more nominations from members are welcomed especially for Committee Membership.
The last part of the meeting will be in the form of an Open Forum, which is your chance to bring up any item relevant to the running of our boat club.
The AGM is an important meeting in the development of our club and we look forward to members making every effort to attend.
Due to a change of venue we are pleased to announce that our AGM will now be held at David Lloyd Leisure on
Friday 11 th November. The room will be available from 19:30 with the meeting starting promptly at 20:00.
