As in past years the event will be held at the end of Ellisons Quay (if anyone wants to come by boat there are plenty of moorings available).
We shall start at 19:00 and there will be a BBQ pit in which members can BBQ their own food. They also need to bring their own drink.
We shall be erecting our club gazebo at around 17:00 so if anyone can come round to help us it would be appreciated.
This year there will be an additional attraction for those active club members such as table tennis.
Please remind everyone that this event is open to members and their guests.
We would like to know how many people are coming so if they could let us know beforehand it would be appreciated
