From Monday 14th January 2019, contractors (North Midland Construction) working on behalf of Severn Trent Water will be installing a new surface water outfall on the river bank. This will involve the installation of a sheet-piled coffer-dam & silt curtain in the river, adjacent to the bank.
These works are scheduled to be carried out over a period of 11-weeks.
There may be increased noise levels in the vicinity of the works, particularly during the installation and removal of the coffer dam at either end of the work period. Please be aware of this - especially if you use the moorings opposite or adjacent to the works.
During installation and removal of the coffer dam, you may be asked wait for up to 20 minutes while works are made safe.
During the works please take care when passing and be aware of the works in the water space.
Please follow the directions/advice of the staff/contractors that may be present on-site.
