It has been reported that there is a boat at the end of the residential moorings as you go into Lincoln (just past Bridge 2), which is being particularly aggressive towards boaters who are, in their opinion, exceeding the speed limit.
Members are reminded that the speed limit on the Fossdyke is 4mph which reduces to 3mph when passing the residential moorings in Lincoln.
