Boat Club BBQ – Saturday 3rd August

This is one of our most popular events for the year – open to Boat Club Members only – our day starts at 5pm and we’re all keeping our fingers crossed for some great weather!
Kindly being held again this year by Graham & Laura Montgomery on Saturday 3rd August, on Burton Waters at their home – 15 The Moorings, 5pm start.

Graham & Laura kindly provide the lovely waterside venue, the BBQ, the music and their wonderful hospitality!
So the details – as normal you need to bring a few things:
1. Your own food, drink and snacks
2. Tongs, Plates, Glasses and Cutlery for your own use
3. A chair for you to sit in
4. Bin bag to take away your own waste

The BBQ is open for you to use to cook your own food when you want it.

As normal we are looking for volunteers from boat club members to help us set up the gazebo for the day in the morning of the event, and also on the following morning to take it down, clear up, sort out the BBQ cleaning and square everything up again!
