Contractors JBA Bentley working on behalf of The Environment Agency need to carry out urgent repairs to a section of flood wall along Foss Bank adjacent to Harvey Street.
The towpath will be closed with a signed diversion in place, and the navigation will be restricted due to the use of a pontoon in the water to enable the works to be undertaken safely.
We advise all users to take care when approaching the area and follow any signage and guidance provided by the contractors on-site.
