Hydropol are constructing a Hydro-electric power plant adjacent to Nether Weir.
An access track has been formed partially along the Towpath to enable plant and materials to get to/from the site.
Over the next four weeks there is likely to be an increase in vehicle movements along the access track with the main excavation and construction phases being undertaken.
All vehicle movements will be marshalled by site staff, however we ask that towpath users be aware of these movement and adhere to any requests made by site staff for their own safety.
Please take care around any vehicle movements you encounter and follow safety advice given by site staff.
