Burton Waters Boat Festival

Despite the inclement weather the Festival was a great success.
The Commodore would like thank all the members who contributed their time and efforts to erect the gazebo, manning the stall and dismantling the gazebo after the event.
Thanks to their efforts they raised £157 from the Tombola stall for the Boat Club. Thank you to all the people who donated a bottle.

The primary reason we were at the Festival, was to fly our flag and recruit new members.
Again it was a very successful day. Nine new members were signed up , with a further seven people showing serious interest.

Many of our club members visited and took part in our stand at the Boat Festival on 15th June. It was considered by many to be the most visited stand at the festival.

Thank you to all our members who supported the Boat Festival and who had a great day out.

Keith. (Commodore)

It's a Mutiny !!

The Vice Commodore found himself locked into the stocks, awaiting punishment. Did anyone tickle his feet?

Did he manage to hop scotch his way to number 9?
